Shipping Eligibility
The purchase and delivery of the Phēnix X is currently limited to addresses within South Africa. We do not ship to international addresses or PO Boxes at this time.

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to process and ship your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa but are typically completed within 7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shipping method selected.

Delivery Address
Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries. We are not responsible for shipments lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is damaged during transit or is not delivered, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue.

Risk of Loss
All risk of loss and damage to the product passes to you once the product has been delivered to the shipping address you provided during checkout.

BitMobile Tech Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At BitMobile Tech, your satisfaction is our priority. This return policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa and outlines the steps for returning, refunding, or exchanging products.

General Return Eligibility

You may return any item with the original invoice, where items can be refunded or replaced in line with the terms below. For assistance, contact [email protected].

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Defective items or those with design or manufacturing flaws may require assessment by the manufacturer or an authorized service center.
  • Customers must provide the original invoice for any return.

Conditions

  • Products with packaging or marketing that materially differs from what was supplied can be returned, subject to BitMobile Tech’s right to:
    • Deduct for product usage.
    • Repair goods for resale.
  • Refunds for defective goods will be processed once inspected and approved by BitMobile Tech.

Exclusions

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from lightning, power surges, misuse, or abuse.
  • Goods used outside their intended purpose.
  • Altered goods, accidental damage, or items restricted by public health regulations.

 

Pop-Up Shop Returns

For Phēnix X purchases made at pop-up shops across Africa, BitMobile Tech sales supervisors will assist with the return process.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Prepare the Product: Ensure all original accessories, parts, and packaging are included. Securely package the product to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Refunds processed at BitMobile Tech pop-up shops will be refunded immediately.

For example: If a returned product is missing the SIM Tray, the refund will be reduced by 100R.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

Assessment: For products with potential manufacturing defects, BitMobile Tech may refer the item for technical assessment by the manufacturer or an authorized service center before deciding on a repair, replacement, or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. If approved, the replacement product will be provided once the original is received and inspected.

For pop-up shop purchases, exchanges will be handled by the sales supervisor on-site.

Repairs

Customers requiring repairs will be referred to an authorized repair facility. These facilities are equipped for technical assessments and offer additional warranties on replaced parts.

Refund Exceptions

If a product materially differs from its packaging or marketing materials, it may be returned within 14 days for a refund.

Note: Refunds may be subject to deductions for product usage or necessary repairs for resale.
